Rated 2 out of 5 by from Simple but very predatory The site was very quick and easy to use but the way it tries to force more money out of you was very aggressive. So much so that if you are not paying attention you could easily get charged 2-3 times the amount. Some things seem to be free choices and then you get to the end of the process and see its charged a bunch of fees for doing it that way and so you have to go back and do it a different way. Expected to get away with doing my taxes for free but ended up spending close to 80 dollars because they locked a specific piece of my taxes behind a paywall and then charged a bunch of fees on top of it. Probably going to do it the old fashion way next time.
