Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but be aware of your stored progress My filing data input went missing. Hours of work, all gone. Just found out when I re-logged into my account after a couple of weeks and wanted to finish the remaining work. The technical and customer service were not helpful at all. Customer service hung up my call after being unable to resolve; technical support simply told me to restart my desktop and clean my cookies. I had to restart all over again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like using TurboTax I like using TurboTax for several reasons. It is one of the first online tax filing companies, if not the first, which means it is time tested. And I can tell, because it is extremely user friendly, easy to use, and fast. I also like that since my taxes are very simple to file, I can use the program for free. That helps those of us on a budget quite a lot
