Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Helpful for the Money This experience took way too long and even though I paid for extra services I did not get very much help. Last year I paid a private tax preparer the same amount and they did a way better job. Turbo Tax is fine for simple returns, but anything more I do not recommend.

That said there are moments that are difficult and confusing especially when it jumps to a different screen with no prompting asking about forms you dont have

The team is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I don't have to worry about anything because they cover all the basis; hence, the process is quick and painless. They are always available to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this service if you want your tax filing done correctly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank You Turbo Tax Turbo tax is very helpful with answering everything you thought you needed to know and more. There's so much that happens with taxes and I feel better using this model and paying more for it because I know that everything is seamless. Phillip helped me a lot with my taxes for instance. My biggest concern was how my investments were going to impact my taxes and if I had everything I needed. Turns out, I was good to go and Phillip helped with the taxes and everything was ready to go within a few hours of talking to him. Everything was perfectly laid out and concise.
