Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating, Slow, Keeps Taxes complex Product itself helps navigate Taxes in a simple way Often confusing when importing forms, can't figure out what to fix or how to calculate things Big picture, Intuit Lobbies against changes to tax filing code to stay relevant and needed. End up just getting angrier and angrier over the whole process

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! Cointracker sucks I paid $450 for cointracker software and couldn't do anything with it for 5 weeks. I got fed up and got my CSV together and entered what I needed into Turbo Tax. Koinly is 10000X better and I was successful using that software last year. I will never use cointracker again and will be asking for a refund. The delays also caused me to miss the Turbo Tax Refund Advance Offer.... Intuit is losing $$$ because of cointracker....
