Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried and True We have used Turbo Tax for many years now, at least 5. I have a rental property in another city, so I always use a paid version. It has made the process of calculating investment items simple. I also feel I always get the most from my refund with Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy but expensive I think it is very easy to use this website to do taxes. But, it is very expensive for those who don't have excessive credits or extra deductions. I couldn't do the free plan because I had 1 deduction that wasn't available with the free plan. I went from $0 to $70 then from $70 to $110. That is very disheartening especially during a pandemic where we have to be a little tight with our funds.
