Had to fully clear self-employed income and re-enter manually. Also, had inconsistent labeling, example: Cell phone service expense for Uber Eats is called 'communication' expense in one area but labeled 'utilities' in another. Additionally, it's not clearly presented how to 'view' completed tax forms prior to initiating submission sequence.

She gave thorough answers with links to articles and IRS explanations that supported her answers. This gave me an opportunity to further research on my own, which increased my confidence in her support. Kim made this stressful process so much easier for me! I truly appreciated her very prompt answers to my multiple questions. She was respectful and kind and very patient.

I have used it every year and have used different versions as my life situations have changed over the years. I love to use the CPA options for questions that may arise. I've opened a new business and now I am using their business version and it doesn't disappoint, I highly recommend this product as it is a great program that is thorough, helpful and accurate. Great job!
