Lost some refund but at the least i did get it taken care of the right way. This way I won't get anythin back or delay of my return. He was very pleasant and patient with me.

It was my first time doing the full service and I did so because I had sold stock last year, and bought an EV. I had quite a few things that were new for me in tax season that I didn't want to file incorrectly, or not get the maximum refund from. All I had to do was upload the files for Ashley and she knocked it out for me, achieving a refund for me in this tax season. Very easy and very smooth.
