Rated 4 out of 5 by from No Assistance Provided Whatsoever When Activated The TurboTax Live Experts returned the phone call with men yelling at each other and dogs barking in the background and never talked to me at all. My son got on-line and helped me over the phone get the right information entered so that my federal return was accurate as the TurboTax software was not showing the correct information resulting in a federal refund that was almost $5,000 too much. So much for LIVE assistance and accurate software. I will be downgrading my TurboTax next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes suck but with turbo tax they suck less We just started using turbo tax this year and even though this time was a little tough, next year will be smooth sailing. All of our necessary documents will be in the right place for us to complete everything in record time! We had quite a bit of help from your very helpful tax experts. They really went above and beyond with helping us to complete our taxes and we could not have gotten through this without their guidance.
