Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Using TurboTax was Simple for me. It was my first time doing taxes and had no clue what to do. However, using TurboTax was fast and easy. I didn't have to talk to anyone although I could've. My refund was calculated and updated every time I put information in and it was free. I honestly would recommend this to first-timers, or anyone that find it difficult to do their taxes.
