Process is very thorough and easy to understand. You have every level of support and details on each step. End of the day its stress free filing. Over all turbotax is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent I have used TurboTax for over 20-years. I purchase the disk with TurboTax on it for over 16-years and this is my 4th year to use turbotax.intuit.com. I only had one minor problem with the 1099-R section, and found a fix quickly! Thank you for an excellent product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live Support Totally Worth It I had a complicated tax situation this year. Moved states. Changed jobs. Income from three states. Sold stocks. Sold and bought a new home. Had my first baby. Whew-wee. I was concerned it was going to be too much to manage on my own, but TurboTax totally came through again for me this year. I spoke with several TT tax experts throughout my six-hour filing journey, and all of them were very helpful and - most importantly - gave me peace of mine when I finally hit "file."

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Each year gets more frustrating:( I have always used TurboTax and enjoyed it for years until experiencing more & more diversions leading to the need to pay more OR glitches in system preventing filing. I worked with a technician who was very lovely and we eventually got the glitch worked out but I had wasted numerous hours over multiple days trying to figure out the dead end myself.
