Rated 3 out of 5 by from Redundant information Required After entering the information, Turbo Tax requires the taxpayer to enter it again and again and again. Stupid. The least the software should be capable of is suggesting the same information and asking you to verify that is is still correct. Stupid engineering!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable tax preparation software We have used Turbo Tax Basic for over 12 years. Our return is simple because we only have retirement and SSA income. It is much easier, and accurate, than manually preparing out tax return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Improved TurboTax Filing with Turbotax this year was a much smoother experience. I was glad that Turbotax had less popups for extra service (not gone completely, but they were less of a hassle). The short and simple explanations of certain tax rules helped me considerably when trying to understand tax rules which helped lessen the stress of filing. I think the fees are a bit high, but this was considerably less of a hassle than having to deal with other services. I will most likely be using Turbotax in the future.
