Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and informative Moira was a great help to me! I usually file on turbo tax by myself but I got married and there are kids involved now. She assisted me very well and had answers to any questions I had. Whenever she needed something from me it was very clear as to what steps I needed to take to get the info she needed. Enjoyed filing with her.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbotax business has not changed it seems like they don't put much effort into updating or improving the business software. and the state add-ons seem very expensive for the business product as they charge separately for trusts and LLC state versions..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good way to do your own taxes. It’s my first time filing my taxes on TurboTax. My experience was smooth I didn’t really have hard time navigating through the process. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay extra fee just to file my state income tax.

However, this year I am disappointed in the new fee of having to pay $49 for my state return, which I have never had to pay in the past. I am not sure why this fee was applied because I already have turbotax deluxe, which is already a fee of $59. I contacted customer support service about this issue.
