Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as it used to be. As my taxes get more complicated, I find myself having to look more questions up on my own and unable to rely on TurboTax's canned questionnaire. Also, I continue to be frustrated by the lack of a free state e-file.

The links set up to help explain items on the return are very useful; answered my questions fully. I did not speak to a representative this filing session. However, it is nice to know someone is there if you need them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I will never use you again. The overall experience was good but there is no help. You live chat system is absolute trash and you expect me to pay $160 for what when nobody helped me. You could not even answer the phone when I called.
