Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Good Experience With Turbo Tax As with last year Tax Filing, this year's tax filing was was rather easy, and quite thorough. The software did an excellent job of guiding me through the whole tax filing process. Consequently, I didn't feel the need to consult with a Live Help Expert. I was able to do the whole procedure on my own. I will continue to use Turbo Tax each year for my annual Tax Filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing marketing and charges I prepaid for Turbotax, months later got several ads for purchasing it, then purchased it again because I forgot. I will never prepurchase again. Also could not log into my account to pay for my state tax e-file despite many tries. Otherwise fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never using again I’ve used turbo tax since I started working 7 years ago and have never been charged to file my federal and state taxes until this year. I’m angry. I had to pay $80 to file my federal and $39 to file my state taxes. Not using turbo tax never again.

I asked for help and went through all of the suggestions but still had the issue. I ended up removing a vehicle business expense in order to get my taxes done and filed. I
