Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best Super Easy. I've been using TurboTax for 10+ years and it is incredibly easy. Technology is easy to use and keeps getting better year after year. Wouldn't consider doing my taxes anywhere else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charging me for a service I don’t need ! So what I have a 401k I don’t need a expert to tell me I have one! $177 dollar later and still did not use a expert that I had to pay for. Credit karma will give your your money five days sooner. THAT’S A LIE READ THAT FIBE PRINT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live help Is worth the extra $$ I have used Turbo Tax since CD's and snail mail and always chose the cheapest option due to low budget and simple tax situations. This year I was stuck and couple not figure out what "I was convinced" was a software glitch or problem at the IRS. Nope, just something I didn't think of. Jessica was super helpful and got me on-track in 15 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very User Friendly, BUT..... Turbo Tax is a very user friendly tax preparation software, BUT you guys are a little sneaky with those additional fees. If you advertise a specific amount for Federal and State, why is there a third fee added before completing the transaction? Overall, the rates are better than many local tax service agencies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax used to be easy and fast, but no longer Tried for a couple days to submit the completed form eventually had to give up, so I wasted my money on the software, plus despite having paid for the software, as you start to file they start demanding more and more fees for various things. It used to be affordable and easy and quick, but it looks like their desire to make more money and made it so complex some of us will never figure it out anymore, unless we pay someone to walk us thru it. Plus some fields do not allow you to type in them so it is impossible to enter information,
