Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has changed for the worse I have been using Turbo Tax for a good many years. I found this year's version to be less satisfactory than past versions. The directions are less clear and often misleading. Also, there are many attempts to "upsell" that are distracting and also inappropriate. They distract from the process of completing the form.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HIDDEN FEES GALORE <# its amazing how you can go from having no fees to 300 and be forced to take a bunch of fees you werent told about. i got forced 119 then all of a sudden it was over 300 and wont even tell me how. why doesnt the government handle our fees

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of Filing! I have been using TurboTax since I started or needed to file taxes. I have loved the honesty in calculating my refund, the tax breaks, and the transparency of usage, the information that is present to thoroughly explain WHY certain things will and won't work out. Plus the ease of paying for filing plus they are upfront with fees and finances. So I highly recommend it to anyone that does things themselves or just does not have the time to go into a local tax office. Download the App and do it when you can at your own pace and convinience.
