He remained patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He really exceeded my expectations. Thank you Patrick

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Challenges with Turbo Tax Download and Max Benefit I used TT download in 2021 and upgraded my Mac to accommodate the software. This year, paid $100 to file 2022 tax returns for myself, my two daughters and my brother similar to whaI did last year. I was unable to download on my Mac because it required a different system upgrade that my Mac does not qualify for. I did not receive a refund. I then filed four returns and paid for each separately. Now, Max came in as an option that I didn't select and chose to proceed with premium only, for example. As I was checking out on two returns, it appears that the option for Max reappeared and I proceeded with payment thinking I already said no to including it. So I paid $120 that I shouldn't have paid for. Overall, this year using TT cost four times the cost of filing for 2021. Very disappointing!
