Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than last year Last tax year 2020, my e-file was rejected 7 times. I'm not sure why it was happening but it caused me to file my taxes manually. This year 2021 tax season seemed easier and better, so hopefully everything goes through as expected!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was forced to buy Max even though I didn't want It was fine, but I was charged an extra $44 for an upgrade I did not want. I stated that I didn't want it several times throughout the process and removed it from the final tally but I was still charged for it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from fee for processing great option of paying the service out of your federal tax return but then turbo tax wants to charge you $39 processing fee to pay from your federal return... YOU ARE NOT THE IRS that is horrible. Fee for processing fee for state filing after you already upgraded to deluxe
