Rated 2 out of 5 by from Getting Tricky On Us - Almost Lost $400 I found TurboTax to be different this year. There were a few deductions that didn't pop up for me and I had to call for help and dig deeper. I was told that those options were now only available with Premium. What the heck? No warning or notice! It was a simple business form that I almost missed until the comparison came up from last year. If I am going to need to be an accountant to catch TurboTax changes, then I may as well just hire someone to do my taxes to ensure nothing is missed. I've been using TurboTax for years but I almost missed out on $400. Plus the Child Tax Credit didn't show until after review and corrections were made. Very disappointed this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It covers everything I need I've used TT since about 2003. All sorts of investments, real estate, 1031 exchanges. it handles it all. I sold a condo this year after 15 years. pulled all the info in and it was done! Don't try so hard to upsell your product though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will NEVER use Turbo Tax again!! Last time I used Turbo Tax it was quick and easy....this time it was a nightmare! Not only did I get caught in a cycle of going back to the same page over and over, when I finally got out of that I had to keep re-entering the same information over and over (bank information no less....it has me worried to be honest). Then when I was finally done it tried to force me to sign up with Credit Karma! Funny...I tried to use TurboTaxsucks as my nickname for this review....It was already in use XD!! Not surprised!

The experts are knowledgable and helpful Any expert i've intaracted with are nice and willing to help . I will always use this software to prepare my returns since all the tools and help are available
