Melissa walked me through the steps in getting my taxes. She was super helpful and super patient. I hope that everyone comes in contact with someone as helpful as her.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX HAS HIDDEN FEES I HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH TURBO TAX, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I SHOULD HAVE JUST STUCK WITH H AND R BLOCK, WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting Worse not better I used to love turbo tax, all the upgrades and the fees get worse each year. This used to be very easy, I usually would have finished my taxes already but this year I am a little behind because I do not like using turbo tax anymore. However, if you just need to file a simply 1040 it is probably still the easiest way to do it. My 17-year-old starting using turbo tax last year. Did it all on his own and also filled his taxing this year as well without any help from me.
