Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2020 TurboTax is a Disappointment I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service for items not working properly in TurboTax. From imports not working to deductions not calculating correctly, etc. After spending all that time and getting my returns ready to file, when I opened back up the next day to actually file, in the review, items were open again, things that we had fixed over the phone were broken again, during my review my 2019 State tax deduction duplicated itself. Nothing seemed to work right this year and I've used Turbotax for many years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has become less user friendly Previous versions of Turbo tax had better graphics and was more user friendly. Optional videos at important steps would have been nice. More clear reference to the tax code would be helpful.
