Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not real thrilled IL would not take electronic submittal from TurboTax. Had to switch to mail. I cannot get my IL state return to print since Turbo Tax said it was getting ready and never printed. I contacted the help and they were trying to get me to upload new software on few month old computer. No help. 2 years in a row now there are issues with my IL return. I called IL Dept of Revenue and they said there was no change on my AGI. I will be looking for a different tax software.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax bank tax import from bank fails I wasted an hour and half trying to import bank info. Each time I followed all directions, I got "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax." Turbo Tax would exit, restart, but no info was there. And so the process repeated itself. I had no issues with Fidelity imports. I finally decided to manually enter in Bank data from bank statements. I've been with Turbo Tax since 3" floppy disks in early '90s. VERY disappointed. This version is obviously not ready for Prime Time.
