Rated 3 out of 5 by from Returning Customer Review I have used Turbo Tax for about 8 years. I do think that there should be move available assistance at less cost for customers. I also think all programs charge too much to file taxes. However Turbo Tax has been the best program I have found and since I have had taxes reviewed at H&R Block with the same results but much higher cost, I have continued to utilize Turbo Tax online program.

I reached out to TurboTax Live assist and it was pretty cool how I could see the Tax Expert on my screen and he helped me to better navigate TurboTax and he caught a few mistakes that ended up in a refund! He was cool, calm, and knowledgeable! Thank you so much for your help!
