Rated 5 out of 5 by from SYSTEM ISSUSE SERVICE GREAT I had multiple issue with clearing errors including personal info (email) where I had to go to another site since this was not on option on the site I SIGNED on to. Even with these issues I was able to speak with a service person to help resolve them. I spoke with several people over the corse of filling my taxes and each time they were great and helpful. I’m not young so computers don’t come naturally to me. It seems it could have a better way to edit somethings like 1099 info. And kicking back my taxes because i had to verify my email on a completely different system was frustrating. But over all the system was very good and the customer service was great. I will do it again especially now that I know your tech’s are so helpful and friendly
