Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last Year's Tax Return was Rejected. Not sure why I'm even using TurboTax again. I suppose because it makes the process of doing taxes really easy, and I'm extremely inept with tax terminology. But, last year I filed with TurboTax and my promised return of $2,000+ was rejected, so I'm still a little disgruntled about that. I still have not been able to figure out why it was rejected, and the TurboTax app was not able to help me fix it.

So intuitive, easy to follow, AND educational! I love how they've added callouts to understand better what's been asked for and WHY
