Rated 2 out of 5 by from AZ state tax download Intuit TurboTax Case #1513626157 has been Resolved [ ref:_00DE0a8TL._5001K1DYYlG:ref ] Arica worked with me for over 2 hours to attempt to resolve my issue to download Az state tax. It took an additional 4 hours to get AZ tax program downloaded and installed. This is unacceptable for Intuit/Turbo tax to sell a product they know has not been beta tested and does not work!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 There's no doubt that Turbo Tax saves he hours of painstaking data entry, and for the most part gets things correct. However, it is also true that there are inconsistencies/bugs that can end up costing a decent amount in underpaid/overpaid taxes if you dont know what you're doing. For example, Turbo Tax assumes that because I am taking RMDs from an Inherited IRA, that I should be taking RMDs from all Traditional IRAs that I own. Turbo Tax checks for consistency and accuracy several times after it tells you that it has verified everything to be accurate. And each time, after verifying that everything is accurate, it seems to come up with another inaccuracy. Finally, on both 02/25/2023 and 02/26/2023, the attempt to connect to Intuit failed many times with Turbo Tax implying that it was a password problem. After verifying, by logging on independently ( outside of the program ), that I was typing the password correctly, I realized that I just had to keep clicking the 'RETRY' button until it actually worked. Today, that required more than 10 RETRY clicks. It was NOT a problem with my Internet Service Provider. It was NOT a problem with my router. It was a problem with Turbo Tax not being able to properly communicate with Intuit.
