Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax it was okay up until they forced me to have to upgrade because of something i had on my taxes to make it "more accurate". so that was $65. i then got charged for something about my state which they should have just pulled from the beginning so they don't give us false amounts, which as $50, i then was going to be charged $40 to just have them take it out my taxes, but i guess they want their money. i just felt it was better just to pay noe rather than laterr i guess. i dont get why we have to pay to get our taxes back. but still i think they should really try to be more honest about how they charge people by falsely claiming free filing when you force someone to have to upgrade. but other than that its a good platform and i have been using them yearly. and they are better than leaving my house during covid.

First they charged me $80 which was more then I ever paid and when I was checking out it was $100 I m not well and cant continue trying to find out whats going on. Take my money the little that I have
