Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed, won't use again We have used Turbo Tax for 8 years and this year was a complete headache while attempting to file. Dependents were prepopulated and not correct after answering the residency questions, TT continued to file dependent with other parents return in error. And we paid a total of over $400 for this service between us two parents. I will lose a substantial amount of money due to not being able to claim head of household nor my dependent unless I now print my return and send it to the IRS. This is a 16 week processing time frame. We really should not have to pay Turbo Tax a dime for their error and our frustration. I won't be filing with Turbo Tax in the future.

Need to have easy way to make the text larger and easier to see on screen.....all webpages can do this. #2. must have better help in how to find obscure numbered documents.....you want the complexity to keep up dependent on your.....you need to make sure you can give clear and easy assistance with having to buy your product and than have to use google to help find needed answers

Its "EasyStep" process leads you step-by-step through everything. If you need to review a specific detail, "Forms" makes it easy to track down the one you need, down to the exact line item. As mentioned, the whole filing process with TurboTax is as enjoyable as possible!
