Only really talked to my initial advisor Nancy from LA once or twice. I sent her all the info she requested. I eventually figured thing out on my own and did talk with an advisor today prior to filing. This was my first time filing with Turbotax and it involved a two state tax return which made it a bit challenging but I got though it. I will say I learned a lot from doing my taxes with Turbotax

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WV AGI glitch Sucks that Turbo tax can not fix the glitch over the WV AGI. Creates a headache trying to complete and now I lost out on my discount since because of time spent trying to figure out this crap.
