Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is disappointing Turbo Tax, no doubt, has great tax filing skills but disappointing skills in compassion. I cannot understand why Turbo Tax would take more than half of the tax return of a senior citizen who needs every legitimate bit! That is very dissapointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax beat TaxAct this year TurboTax was easy and straightforward. I've been using TaxAct for the last few years, but this year it had some errors that it couldn't correct which caused me not to receive a refund. That was resolved with TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't use Live assistance and was still charged. Didn't use Turbotax Live assistance and was still charged for using it, despite filing for free last year. At the start you can click to file for free and and then at the very end of filing despite not once using Live assistance was still charged for using it which end up being half of what my tax return was.
