They have live help if you need it and a search button which makes entering info easy based on form names/numbesr. I highly recommend using TurboTax. Every year prior we had someone else do our taxes and they always said we owed. Once i started doing them, we ended up in the positive! Thanks TurboTax for making it so easy!
