Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT USE THE IMPORT W-2 PHOTO FEATURE Happy user of turbotax in years past but using the 'upgrade' of importing my W-2 using a phone camera saved 1 minute on the front end from not typing W-2 info in but cost me an hour after having to file an amended return. Fortunately, I caught the error at least since it was a nearly $2000 impact to my tax refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has a major flaw processing credit cards I attempted to pay my state e-filing fees by credit card and had unbelievable difficulty. After attempting 5 times with multiple credit cards, I finally called turbo tax. The first 2 people could not help me and hung up on me after about 2 hours. Paula tried to help me for about 1 hour and finally suggested I put my address as 123 Main St, it worked?????????

I know everything is going up, and taxes are a confusing pain for everybody, especially seniors, and this program helps eliminate tax stress, but an increase of almost $50.00 from last year?
