Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still Using Turbo Tax but for how long? This year was a trial. First i could not install on 2nd computer using disk. Went thru many phone calls and wait times finally got it straightened out. Took about a week. I usually file the state by mail. This year when I printed out the state return the direct deposit Routing and account information was missing and we had to manually complete even though furnished for the federal return. Additionally, had to go on the internet to obtain the state information about correctly completing the signature page. No help form Turbo Tax with that. I guess they make it a little inconvenient and time consuming so you pay to file electronically. Since i am no longer self employed I guess best use for me is importing all the financial information. Otherwise, it's a wash. Hope they get better
