Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Way Too Expensive Too expensive for filing paperwork. Then there's a $3.95 processing fee after paying up $179. Paid more for this service than I had to pay back in taxes (and received). Going to look into another service next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need to add 1099-S Capability Just Okay...you need to add the availability to do a 1099-S in the investment section for sale of non-main Home or land instead of trying to fit the numbers into a 1099-B form. Your website guidance on this is wrong and suggests a 1099-S form is in the Premier version, but it isn't. Lots of online discussion and posts about this causing many users heartache...

The "tax experts" did not have any answers for me as to how to file through mail. The individual I was on the phone with was very unprofessional and had me on hold for 20 mins just finally tell me they did not know what was going on. Then contacted someone else after, which lead to another long waiting period.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great website but hidden fees!! i absolutely love the website layout and how easy turbotax makes filing taxes, but do not appreciate the lack of transparency when it came down to paying to file it. my taxes are definitely simple and I was still charged 59$ + another $59 (for state filing) + $39 additional fee. I also couldn't even chat with someone live neither could I get ahold of someone on the customer service line. My total refund expected did not include my expected state tax refund--which was very confusing and deceiving to me. Aside from that i love your website and it was very easy to navigate!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too much selling Program keeps trying to sell you audit protection and professional advice. Over and over again until the very end. Was irritating to always need to go through that to work on my return. I used the more complicated business filing and that part was easy to work through. If you don't mind being bugged all the time by sales pitches.
