I downloaded the state program but did not know I could not file without mailing. You were not specific with the download. I have filed a complaint with the Utah State Tax Commission.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks Turbo Tax Tier 1 Sunday morning my account was stuck in limbo; a Tier 1 phone rep did everything in his power to correct it but could not fix it. He gave me all of the necessary information to pass on to a different department Monday morning. When I called Monday, the rep for this dept. was ready to hang up on me until I told him I had the magic case code, this allowed for an immediate fix of my account. Thank goodness for my Tier 1 rep Johvan.
