Rated 2 out of 5 by from Makes it easy but completely annoying I like the speed in which I can get my taxes done, but seemingly getting pop ups every other screen trying to upgrade me to something I don't want is extremely frustrating. Also, its very misleading to say in the beginning that it only costs $39, only to add on an additional $39 when you've filed state, and then add on ANOTHER $39 just because I want to pay you with my refund? That's pretty ridiculous and underhanded. I'll be using a different tax filing website next year..

I have used Turbo tax for seven years now without problems. They have the expertise to help varying levels of tax knowledgeable users from new timers to those with more advanced filing needs.
