It was very easy, self-explanatory, help was there every time I requested. Very pleasant and professional. My last help was Jennifer - wonderful person. You guys made my day! Love you all!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DISSAPPOINTED I DOWNLOADED TURBO TAX DELUXE FROM AMAZON. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE ONE FREE STATE RETURN BUT I HAD TO PAY $20 BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO E-FILE MY STATE TAX RETURN - RIP OFF!!!!!!! WILL NOT BE USING THIS NEXT YEAR.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems, problems I tried to file for my 98 year old deceased mother-in-law. She didn't have driver's license or state id, and when I clicked your link to "what if I don't have those items", I got a bunch of answers that had nothing to do with that question. When I tried to actually file the returns, it didn't give me a CAPTCHA, but then complained that I hadn't filled it out. Then it complained that I hadn't verified my e-mail, but it never asked me to do so. Had to leave and reenter the filing sequence about 10x to actually get it to work. Doesn't inspire confidence.

I was able to get my tax info, but when it asked me what version of (payment require)Turbo Tax do you want to use. The free edition wasn't a choice. I had to redo google search for "turbo tax free". and get the free version that way
