Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax used to be better System is now clunky and glitchy - and is also constantly trying to sell you new things. Live tax pros were not worth it - needed to talk to 4 people before I got a simple answer about a part of my return. I will be looking for an alternative next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT isn't as user friendly as it used to be. I got hit with an "oops" from the IRS for 2019 with TT. One of us didn't ask enough questions like they have for the 10 years plus that I have been using your assistance. At least my investment counselor and a CPA friend helped us out of this mess and now am awaiting another for 2020! The other shoe drops! I think that this year I may have provided the answers that I wasn't asked in 2019 or 2020. I may need to "take a year off" from TT in 2022!
