Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product, Some UX Error & Conflicting Guidance Overall good experience. Accounts are friendly and helpful. Software had errors this year. Was unable to import from one broker, which caused extra ~2.5 hours of delay. There was also an error in the review UX that made it impossible to locate which broker's form was causing the error (which prevented filing). Also encountered some conflicting advice as to which IRA forms (and fields) went where. Caused some drastic swings in tax liability for a while, but eventually was able to get this figured out. Overall, there are some scenarios that are becoming just too complicated for the average Joe. Please make it clear that Live Premier is not signing up for a preparer service, and above all make preparer services cheaper for all to use. It would have saved me many hours this year. This review may sound critical, but overall my experience was positive. I will use TurboTax again, I just want to improve the product experience even more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All Good Except... As expected, Turbo Tax Home and Business was easy to load and work through. However, after running review, it was very confusing on how to fix the errors found and I never did find a number or way to chat to ask "how do I manually fix errors I found during the Review?" It took me way too much time and a lot of frustration, but I figured out by trial and error to right click my mouse and select override. This should be in the instructions somewhere obvious.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to find forms and get answers I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years to complete my taxes. This year was extremely frustrating because the software was not easy to use. I had difficulty tracking forms and figuring out how the tax amount due was calculated.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as good as in the past I was not able to access my last year's tax info, even thought it was done with Turbo Tax. I had computer issues last year, so had to use a different computer. As a result, I had to input all my information, and did not have comparisons from last year. Very disappointing!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some Glitches Overall, Turbot Tax is great, but I had a problem with my schedule C. There was no data entered, but it kept reporting an error that i needed to remove characters. It sounds like this has been a problem for others for the last couple of years. I had to delete the form, then re-enter all of my data. It was very frustrating!
