Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is decent I mean it is very helpful for doing your taxes on your own. It is just very frustrating how that try to upsell you on every little thing. The transcripts were not ready to be sent which was like and IRS issue but they wanted to make me upgrade to the highest level of turbotax and pay $100 more for that...I didn't think that was fair. I didn't choose that option and finally found out through google and the IRS. Other than that it's a great resource.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty straightforward most everything was self-explanatory. There was some confusion on my part because there was duplication of income information for my ride share work. I figured it out and moving forward will delete whatever was from the prior year and start fresh.
