Rated 3 out of 5 by from God this thing was frustrating To say i'd rather slam myself in a door, repeatedly, rather than do taxes is an understatement. If you have more than a job, it's frustrating. Having access to a CPA was bomb diggity though, turned my taxes from -400 to positive 950 (then Turbotax took 227 back for their trouble).

I had extra confusion this year on a 1099-R I'd never gotton (result of a relative death). I called for help and Shirley was awesome! She hopped on the line and walked me through every step to make sure I got it right. Thank you TurboTax AND Shirley!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, accurate and thorough TT runs you through all of the tax documents in a logical step by step process that makes filing fairly simple and easy to follow and understand. I did have some problems utilizing the document upload via use of my phone camera and the QR Code function. But that was probably more a function of my lack of understanding how it works.
