Rated 2 out of 5 by from Medical Expense Glitch The program wouldn't compute my medical expenses. I spoke with someone and she solved the problem but it took 50 minutes. This is the first time something like this has happened.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does well but SURPRISE it's expensive I had no clue I would be charged $169 until I was ready to file (some 5-8hrs after beginning). There was no mention of price up front and I was not able to choose a different service. TurboTax does make it easy, but wish Credit Karma still had its free service...
