This year I hoped that by filing early I could take advantage of the $0 Fed +$0 State= $0 filing. But instead, I had to upgrade from deluxe to premier and pay $120 to file Fed + State

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hit and Miss TurboTax has been fairly user friendly and easy to use, HOWEVER, it is very frustrating that you cannot change the level of software once you have started. It is also frustrating that I had to pay more for a higher level software because I sold stock, however the amount I made on the stocks was less than the cost of the software.
