Rated 2 out of 5 by from good returns, scam pricing I had used turbotax in the past for years for free until they came up with hidden fees at the end of filing to discouraage you from starting over in a new site. I had the same issue with another site this year so I came back to see if things were different. I got a higher return through turbotax but they scammed me by adding the federal charge (when I started the process free) and adding a fee for paying the fees via federal returns which had always been a free feature. I was aware of the state fee as I was informed during the process and agreed to it but I did not foresee or agree to the federal or fee charges and that bothers me because there is no option to remove or edit the fees within this program. I wish Turbotax would practice honest business practices with their customers because after receiving bogus charges like I did 3 years ago, I might not return and that's a shame.
