Rated 2 out of 5 by from Deceiving with Pricing Models TurboTax I have used for 6 years and it works. My frustration is that it constantly is deceiving with its fees and pricing models. They sneak in fees with the option to deduct from your refund and do not obviously state it but rather do it in small text. There is no option to change to a cheaper product with out deleting all your info but you can upgrade without loosing your information which again is another predatory pricing practice and these issues have only gotten worse with each year I have used it. Asking you to add more protection and products several times is annoying, a waste of time, and frustrating.
