Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AWESOME! My taxes were different this yr as I worked for 6 mos and then retired - a whole new ball game!!! I had to talk to a human more than once while doing my taxes. The professionals were great, really helped me out and explained the issues to me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has limitations especially State A comparison of two years as you do on federal would be helpful. Year after year requirement on drivers license is nonsense. Going taxpayer to taxpayer is cumbersome. State items are often not well defined.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me buy Deluxe. I reset my profile and it still made me pay for deluxe because it said I was getting a credit for contributions to a retirement account. I selected no and it still made me go deluxe without an option to remove it. Then charged me $40 dollars to pay wit tax return. POOR TACTICS AND MADE IT DIFFUCULT FOR SOMEONE THAT IS VERY COMPUTER SAVY.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as convenient as past years When completing my federal return, it kept telling me I had something I needed to review before it could save, some kind of error related to my mortgage interest, but wouldn't take me to the problem, and it took me a number of tries to figure out what it wanted, and even when I did, it didn't change anything. It was more like I just needed to review something.
