Rated 3 out of 5 by from customer service was helpful I entered my w-2 and my spouse. It was added up on Federal, but it did not add up on State. I reentered twice and both times only show one person income on the state return. I ended up contacting customer service for help.

I click the live chat button and got a callback in 4 minutes and the expert walked me through how to go back and make the file button reappear and then stay on the line with me and walked me through how to fix the error I had that was keeping me from efiling. Within 10 minutes everything was cleared up and my returns were filed.
