Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor rating TurboTax is not as user friendly as credit karma’s past service. I had a fairly simple tax return and was instead up saled to the deluxe $249 package. The entire process was annoying and complicated. It would have been easier to file my taxes myself, FOR FREE. This service was not worth how much I paid for it, at all. I had to answer the same questions multiple times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging first year but will work It's challenging the first year. An overview of what I need to have would be helpful before a newbie starts. Not all of the screens have a "need more info" or "what does this mean" link. Initially, it looked like I had a "penalty" and wanted to know the amount in a form that we have never used. I had to do some additional research. Overall, I think it's useful and should be smoother next year. For first year users, just be patient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fast and easy Went through all the forms in a couple of hours. Then when I had trouble because my email had been changed (last year) incorrectly, the Chat forum was able to give me the solution of how the get it corrected.
