This year was a little more confusing with entering the information because for some reason it kept changing to a previous job. I figured out how to fix it and every time I needed help, it was fast and they were so helpful!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has lost its edge I have been a customer for eight years. Every year is worse. Turbo tax's clunky animations and excessive clicking has mde it frustrating to use. Next year if it is not fixed I will be using another software program. You are a professional software package, if you want to compete with H&R Block you will lose. Keep it professional or I am gone.
