Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax worked but was hard to navigat this year tht experts were great except one. aftre waiting mor tha one hour they hung up on me so i had to call back in i had to wait anothe 80 mints and then i recived my call but it was not an expert they all went home.... just rude!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX PROFESSIONAL HELP The Turbo Tax Professional help is a joke. They charged me 230$ extra dollar and I got no help at all. and you can't ask for a refund. I ended up asking someone else to help me with my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Advertising as free when I had to pay $125 I appreciate the ease of filing taxes with turbo tax, however it bothers me that they advertise as free when to use or file under certain features I paid well over $0. It was advertised as $89 and when I originally started the filing process. Toady however I paid $125. I am extremally frustrated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I thought this was a Free Service!!! I was under the impression that turbotax was a free service for the basic version. ITs really snakes about adding cost at the end when its far too late to change ones mind. I have been using turbo tax for a while now and never have I been charged this much. I think this will be my last year using this service
