Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs a lot of work to be user friendly Some things are obvious on how to enter the data. Transfer of last years data went as it should. However trying to download data from our financial sources failed every time we tried and tech support was of no help. They even indicated it looked like others were having the same problem so it must be a bug on your part. Also on sign ins are dificult and even filling out these surveys you ask too many question that aren't relevant to the task at hand. Privacy is important to us and you don't seem to believe in that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TT is excellent - saves a lot of time. One big problem. It appears that I have at least two i.d.'s and numerous passwords. When I link into the page directed to resolve the issue it just gets worse, It sends me around in ever-increasing circles until I get dizzy. Hopefully I can get it all straightened out before next year,
