SHE WAS KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I WILL ALWAYS USE TURBOTAX BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. SHE DESERVES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND MUCH PRAISE FROM ME!
